SUBSTRATE
The substrate serves as a nutrient reservoir for plant roots. You can freely choose the type and color of gravel, but remember to cover the substrate with at least 3–4 cm of gravel. It provides long-term benefits and supports healthy plant growth.

AQUARIUM SOIL
Aquarium Soil is a natural Japanese volcanic granulate. It helps lower KH and pH levels naturally, improving plants’ nutrient uptake. Important: Regular water changes are necessary during the first 4 weeks of use.

PREMIUM NUTRITION & SPECIALISED NUTRITION
Premium Nutrition contains all essential micronutrients and is suitable for all planted aquariums. Specialised Nutrition also includes macronutrients, making it ideal for tanks with a high plant density. Both are liquid fertilizers added directly to the water at regular intervals.

Nutrition Capsules
Nutrition capsules are ideal for large, fast-growing plants, ensuring vibrant growth and rich coloration. Use tweezers to insert each capsule 3–4 cm into the gravel near the roots, delivering nutrients directly where they’re needed.

CO₂
CO₂ is the most important nutrient for plants. Various systems are available to suit different needs and budgets. For beginner aquariums up to 60L, we recommend our System Bio. For nano-aquariums, regardless of experience level, System Nano is a great choice. Learn more about CO₂ solutions [here].
